Morgan is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department. She joined the firm in 2024 after three years of federal clerkships: one year with the Honorable Jonathan A. Kobes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and two years with the Honorable Silvia L. Carreño-Coll of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. During law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jerome A. Holmes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Patrick R. Wyrick of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Morgan graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was one of the top five students in her class and managing editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. She also won a number of speaking and writing awards, both at her law school and in national moot court competitions. An Indiana native, she attended Purdue University for her undergraduate degree.
