Jason concentrates his practice on subrogation and brings over a decade of experience in subrogation litigation and claims management, handling product liability, construction defect, and maritime claims.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Jason served as in-house counsel for a global insurer as lead subrogation counsel for the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he handled property subrogation claims of up to $30,000,000 in potential exposure. Before that, he worked for a decade as a senior associate in the property/subrogation department of a national full-service law firm, where he honed his skills in all aspects of subrogation litigation on various complex commercial and residential property losses involving fire, water, structural collapse, transit, and maritime claims. Earlier in his career, he gained experience handling estate planning matters, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree from Saint Vincent College and a JD from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he was the managing editor of outside articles for the Environmental Law Journal.
