Unpacking State AG Approaches To Digital Asset Enforcement

As part of Cozen O’Connor’s State AG Group, Grace’s practice focuses on advising, representing, and defending clients in a wide range of industries as they navigate the legal, policy, and political aspects of state attorney general enforcement and regulatory authority.

Grace was a member of Cozen O’Connor’s 2023 Summer Associate Program before joining the firm full time in September 2024. Prior to attending law school, Grace was introduced to the world of state attorneys general through her position as a senior program coordinator at the National Association of Attorneys General. In this role she facilitated continuing legal education for state AGs and their staff.

While in law school, Grace interned at the Consumer Protection Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice, undertaking legal research on novel consumer law issues in both criminal and civil cases, and at the Middlesex, Massachusetts District Attorney’s Office.

Grace was an executive editor of The Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure and a participant in Georgetown’s Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, for which she received a CALI award for Excellent Achievement in Advocacy & Communication.
