Morgan is a seasoned attorney concentrating on institutional response, compliance, and governance matters. With a decade of experience working in large universities across California and Texas, she brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of educational institutions.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Morgan served as a University Associate Director of Professionalism and Ethics, where she oversaw all university employment reviews and personnel investigations, conducted and managed complex investigations on highly confidential and sensitive matters, and developed processes to improve efficiency and transparency. Her experience in this area is complemented by her early career in athletic program compliance, where she drafted contracts, monitored recruitment activities, and navigated NCAA regulations, including negotiating legislative relief for athletes with the NCAA. Most recently, Morgan was an associate with a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, where she represented national and local developers in public and private transactional commercial real estate matters.

Morgan holds a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and a B.A. in political science from Santa Clara University. During her law school career, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Daniel Buckley of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
