David Shimkin, a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Department, authored, "Member Attorney Spotlight: Wanji Walcott," a piece on Wanji Walcott, SVP and General Counsel of PayPal. David, an active member of the California Minority Counsel Program, interviewed Walcott for the organization's magazine. The child of Guyanese immigrants, Walcott has ascended to the position of senior vice president and general counsel at PayPal, the internet’s largest online payment system.
