Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, appeared on a CNN News program on February 17 to comment on the Trump administration’s request for the Supreme Court to overturn a district judge’s ruling that ordered Hampton Delinger, head of the whistleblower protection agency Office of Special Counsel, reinstated to his post after the president had fired him. The Justice Department is asking the high court to intervene by allowing the administration to keep Dellinger off the job while litigation proceeds.
