Christian Moretti, Neil Quartaro, and Edward Weisz will present on cross-border practice at the Dai-Ichi Bar Association and New York State Bar Association’s 2024 Tokyo Regional Meeting.
Neil will speak on the panel "International Arbitration and Litigation: Cutting-Edge Issues in Insurance Arbitration, OFAC and FCPA Compliance, and Cross-Border Litigation." Panelists will discuss recent developments in arbitration, U.S. litigation practice, and compliance with U.S. OFAC (sanctions) and FCPA (bribery) laws.
Christian and Ed will speak on the "Corporate and M&A" panel that will highlight issues to consider in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, especially in-bound U.S. investments, and protecting your client’s intellectual property through the filing of patents and other intellectual property rights.
