Jordan Chisolm will present "Equity & Ownership and Accounting & Tax Matters" on a panel at the 2024 Berger Entrepreneur Bootcamp hosted by Nova Southeastern University's (NSU) Shepard Broad College of Law. The session will provide founders with an overview of the key issues founders should be discussing with their business, legal, and accounting advisers as they establish their companies.
The event will feature over 30 diverse presenters from NSU's Shepard Broad College of Law, NSU's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, startup founders, and other experienced professionals and participants in South Florida’s startup ecosystem.
