Brian Shaw will participate in a panel discussion “Subchapter V – The Good, Bad, and the Ugly” at the Bankruptcy from a Governmental Perspective Seminar hosted by the National Association of Attorneys General. The panel will review Subchapter V cases, specifically focusing on understanding how they differ from standard Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, exploring the tradeoffs for both debtors and creditors in Subchapter V cases, discussing how creditors can evaluate these cases, and outlining the process for objecting to a debtor's decision to file under Subchapter V.
