Melissa Siebert will speak on the panel “Recent Trends in Employee Privacy Litigation” at the American Bar Association’s 17th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference. Melissa will discuss recent trends in employee privacy litigation, including laws establishing a private right of action against employers for violations and significant judgments and settlements in this area. In addition, Melissa will address employee privacy issues that arise in other matters, such as discovery of third-party employees’ contact information and employment records.
