Mariah Passarelli will present “Pay Transparency: The Good, the Bad, and the Legal Implications” for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Mariah will discuss the growing body of state legislation mandating pay transparency and identify some unintended negative consequences employers may face when implementing such policies. She will also identify the associated legal risks and how they can be mitigated.
