Allen Guon will participate in the panel discussion “Illinois Receivership Legislation,” a webinar hosted by The Chicago Bar Association (CBA). The panel will address the deficiencies in Illinois' receivership laws and discuss the CBA's Receivership Legislation Subcommittee's proposal for a new statute to modernize and improve the state's receivership framework, with the intention of seeking support from the full committee for inclusion in the CBA's 2023 legislative program.
