Jordan Chisolm will serve on a panel titled “Best Practices in Closing M&A Transactions” hosted by the New York State Bar Association. The panel will discuss the role of technology in M&A deals, particularly as they relate to the signing and delivery of documents. A member of the Corporate Practice’s Technology & Innovation Committee at Cozen O’Connor, Jordan is actively involved in the adoption of productivity tools that add value for clients.
