H. Robert Fiebach and Deborah Winokur will speak at the 2023 Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession Annual Conference. This conference will focus on the WIP’s 30th anniversary, how far women have come, and how much more can be done. Cozen O’Connor is a sponsor of this conference.
H. Robert Fiebach will speak on the “Fireside Chat” panel. Robert will discuss the reasons that led him to appoint the first Women In The Profession Commission in 1993 and how far they’ve come in the last 30 years.
Deborah Winokur will speak on the panel “The Ethics of Practice Development & the Promotion of Women.” Deborah will discuss the influence of ethics on business development, career advancement, diversity and inclusion, and the promotion of women in various sectors of the legal profession.
