Ira Bodenstein will participate in a panel discussion titled “Receiver Feud, A Game Show” at The National Association of Federal Equity Receiver’s (NAFER) Annual Conference. Panelists will answer questions that focus on the difficult and timely issues facing equity receiverships, such as handling IRS disputes, filings, and refunds. The panelists will also address complex in pari delicto issues, unique asset seizures, types of receiverships to avoid, outlandish claims objections, and priorities following the appointment of a receiver.
