Neil Quartaro helped moderate the virtual Maritime Law Association Bankruptcy Committee Meeting. Neil guided a presentation on lease recharacterization, and its possible role in the coming wave of restructurings. This was followed by meetings of the subcommittees on Coast Guard Documentation, Yacht Financing, and Maritime Liens and Mortgages.
