Ira Bodenstein will be speak on a panel titled "The Bankruptcy Code and Receiverships – Cracking the Code" at the Annual Conference of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers. The panel will discuss instances where the bankruptcy code is helpful to receivers and instances where it is not. They will also dive into bankruptcy code provisions concerning free clear states, assumption and rejection of executory contracts and adequate protection, and third-party releases.
