Pamela Pengelley will be speaking on an upcoming panel titled, "Procedural Issues in Arbitration," at the ADR Institute of Ontario Arbitration conference in Toronto, Ontario. The full-day program will inform individuals on the procedural issues in arbitration and how the decision to arbitrate is made, the ethical issues at play in the practice of arbitration, how to be an effective advocate from preparation to problem-solving to documenting the settlement, the court's attitudes towards judicial review, and the creative uses of the arbitration process.
