Managing Litigation in a Family Context

At the CCC Alliance Member Meeting, Paul Leary will discuss how families and their staff can best avoid litigation, what to do when dealing with a potential litigation situation and how to mitigate the process should it happen. Litigation is an increasing reality in today’s society. The pain and anguish of a lawsuit can ripple throughout the family and impact all generations. This presentation will include a discussion of a lawsuit where Paul represented a CCC member and the lessons learned.
