Greg Hudson and Donnie Apodaca, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance department, will present a webinar titled, "Part III: Don't Mess with Texas Bad Faith Law - Practical Tips for Handling First- and Third-Party Claims in the Lone Star State." This webinar is the third in a series of presentations focusing on practical advice for avoiding, handling, and litigating bad faith claims in difficult bad faith jurisdictions. The presentation will discuss bad faith issues in Texas including different causes of action available with respect to first- and third- party insurance claims.
