Simeon Brier and Kimya Johnson will be presenting at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellows Darden Learning Experience on "Becoming Aware of our Implicit Biases: Leadership Lessons." The presentation will focus on recognizing and addressing implicit biases, as to race, age, gender, etc. through the Implicit Association Test, and the effects of implicit biases on leadership.
