This program will touch on a few of the main issues that may be encountered in arbitration and will serve as a refresher for the experienced commercial litigator whose practice includes arbitration but is not exclusively or routinely handling arbitration matters. It also is designed to provide the basics to associates and younger lawyers in IADC members' firms.
